The Reflect Cards
A classroom reflection practice for ages 5 to 18. Twelve themes, one question at a time — a single prompt a class can return to across a term, or a year.
One theme. One question. Returned to over time.
Why this exists
Schools talk often about reflection, and less often about resourcing it. It appears in character education, in pastoral curricula, in the language of wellbeing weeks — widely endorsed, and thinly resourced.
The Reflect Cards make reflection something a class can actually do, and keep doing. Each card carries one question, grounded in a single theme, that students return to over time — so reflection becomes a practice, not an occasion.
Twelve themes
Resilience · Joy · Courage · Generosity · Compassion · Gratitude · Hope · Forgiveness · Kindness · Empathy · Purpose · Belonging
